Frequencies of Perruledda

Perruledda Beach, Sardinia

This session was recorded at a quiet beach near Lu Bagnu, on the northern coast of Sardinia.

The day was overcast. No dramatic sunset, strong light.

But the sea was completely still.

The water was clear.

Almost without movement.

A long stretch of empty shoreline, interrupted only by stone, shallow waves and wind moving across the surface.

The Place

What made this location interesting was not only the sea itself, but the variety

of stone surrounding it.

Dark volcanic rock, basalt and trachyte, mixed with lighter limestone and sandstone formations.

Different materials. Different textures.

And, in Pasquale’s approach, different vibrational qualities.

The Session

This sound bath was structured in five phases.

Beginning with grounding and connection to stone, then gradually moving toward water, expansion and openness before returning again to a more stable and integrated state.

The movement of the session followed the environment itself.

Stone.Water.Air.

And finally, return.

Sound and Environment

The stillness of the sea changed the way the sound behaved.

Nothing felt aggressive or fragmented.

The tones remained soft and spacious, blending naturally with the atmosphere of the place.

Even the overcast sky became part of the session.

The absence of strong sunlight created a quieter visual field, placing more attention on texture, movement and resonance.

Before You Listen

In the introduction to this session, Pasquale explains the relationship between the different stone formations, grounding frequencies and the structure of the sound bath itself.

What Comes Next

The full session will be released on Tuesday, May 12.

Until then, this is a small glimpse into the place and the process behind it.
