At the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Bonaria, near Osilo in northern Sardinia.
The place is open.
Wind moves across the hill.The sky is wide.The stone holds the first light of the morning.
The Setting
There is no separation between the sound and the surroundings.
The air carries everything.
Each tone moves into the open space, without returning in the same way.
Nothing is contained.
Everything expands.
The Tone
The crystal singing bowls in this session focus on the frequency of 256 Hz (C / DO).
In many traditions, this tone is connected to the root center.
The root is not something abstract.
It relates to the most basic layer of experience.
Ground. Stability. Physical presence.
It is the point where the body meets the earth.
Where everything begins.
