Sound Bath at the Waterfall - Pink Moon, Sardinia
- Apr 1
- 1 min read
This session was recorded at Cascata Pilchina di li Caaddaggi, near Sedini in northern Sardinia.
Water moves constantly through this place.
Falling, flowing, continuing without pause.
The Place
The sound of the waterfall is always present.
Not in the foreground, but underneath everything.
It creates a continuous layer.
A natural field that the tones enter and dissolve into.
Nothing stands alone here.
Everything blends.
The Session
This sound bath follows that same movement.
There is no fixed structure to follow.
Let the sound move through you.
If a tone feels unfamiliar or intense, stay with your breath.
Sometimes this is where you begin to notice what you’ve been holding onto.
Breath and Release
You may set a simple intention.
Something quiet, without pressure.
“I release what no longer serves me”or“I create space for something new”
Use the breath as an anchor.
With each exhale, imagine letting go.
Gently.Without force.

After the Sound
When the final tone fades, remain in stillness for a few minutes.
Let the experience settle.
The water continues.
Unchanged.
And slowly, you return.
Listening
Best experienced with headphones.
