This page offers insight into our vision, our work, and answers to questions

that may arise along the way.

Take your time. Read what resonates.

Where does Arkaia come from?

Arkaia has its roots in Sardinia.
The island’s landscapes, elements, and ancient sites shape everything we create — from sound journeys recorded in nature to handmade Naturals and guided experiences.

Is Arkaia a spiritual or religious project?

Arkaia is not religious and does not follow a specific belief system.

Our work is inspired by nature, ancient cultures, and the universal language of sound.
Participation is open, personal, and free of doctrine.

Sound Baths & Sound Journeys

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where sound and vibration are used to support relaxation, presence, and inner balance.

There is nothing to do or achieve — you simply listen, feel, and allow the sound to move through you.

Which instruments are used?

Most Arkaia sound journeys are created with crystal singing bowls, voice, and natural ambience recorded on location.

Each session is shaped by the place, the element, and the moment in which it is recorded.

Which frequencies do you work with?

We work with different frequencies, tones, and tunings, depending on the place, the instruments, and the intention of each sound journey.

Some sessions are tuned to 432 Hz, others follow intuitive or site-specific frequencies that emerge naturally during the recording.

Our focus is not on fixed systems or promises, but on listening — to the instruments, the space, and the moment.

Where are the sound journeys recorded?

Our sound journeys are recorded at powerful natural and cultural sites across Sardinia -
including rivers, mountains, Nuraghi, Domus de Janas, and sacred wells.

These places carry layers of history, ritual, and human presence that continue to resonate today.

The natural environment is part of the sound.
Wind, water, birds - and sometimes sheep - may be heard during our recordings.

These elements are not disturbances, but reminders that the sound journeys are created within living landscapes.

We embrace what is present, rather than isolating sound from its surroundings.

Arkaia Friends & Support

What is Arkaia Friends?

Arkaia Friends is a free members-only space.

By joining, you gain access to full-length sound journey videos and become part of a growing community connected through sound and presence.

There is no subscription and no obligation.

Why is the content free?

We believe access to sound and stillness should remain open.

Arkaia is supported through voluntary donations and the purchase of individual sound journeys or products.
Support is always an invitation — never a requirement.

How can I support Arkaia?

You can support Arkaia by donating, purchasing sound journeys, or sharing the project with others.

Every form of support helps us continue recording in nature and creating new work.

Experiences & Naturals

Where do Arkaia Experiences take place?

All Arkaia Experiences take place in Sardinia.

They often include sound rituals, Reiki sessions, or guided walks to natural or ancient sites, led by local guides.

Are the Naturals handmade?

Arkaia Naturals are handmade herbal balms and incense, created in small batches using local plants and traditional methods.

They are made with care, simplicity, and respect for nature.

Is sound bathing safe for everyone?

Sound baths are generally gentle and safe.

If you are pregnant, epileptic, or under psychological treatment, please consult a professional before participating.

It does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

Arkaia is an evolving project - shaped by time, presence, and the people who feel connected to it.
