Resonance of the Sea - Sunset Sound Bath at Poltu Bianco, Sardinia
This session was recorded at Spiaggia Poltu Bianco, near Valledoria in northern Sardinia. At sunset. The sea is not a background here. It sets the pace. Waves arrive in steady intervals. Wind moves across the surface. Light changes slowly. Everything is already in motion before the first tone begins. The Place There is no separation between the sound bath and the environment. The bowls do not sit on top of the landscape. They enter it. Each tone meets the movement of the sea.


Sound Bath at Sunrise - Bonaria, Sardinia
This session was recorded at sunrise. At the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Bonaria, near Osilo in northern Sardinia. The place is open. Wind moves across the hill.The sky is wide.The stone holds the first light of the morning. The Setting There is no separation between the sound and the surroundings. The air carries everything. Sound Bath by the River
This session was recorded by a small river in northern Sardinia. No setup beyond what was needed. No controlled environment. Just water, stone, and open space.
