Updated: Apr 24

This session was recorded at the Tomba dei Giganti di Iloi, near Sedilo in the center of Sardinia.

A megalithic site built thousands of years ago, composed of massive stone blocks arranged to form a long, open chamber.

These structures are often associated with collective rituals and a connection to the ancestors.

There is a particular quality to this place.

Not something you need to interpret.

Something you feel.

Before You Listen

Before the session begins, this short introduction offers context about the place and the approach.

How the sound is played. And how it interacts with the space.

The Session

This sound bath brings together crystal singing bowls and harp.

Harp by Dalila.

The two instruments move differently through the space.

The harp remains light and fluid.

The bowls create a more grounded field.

Not in contrast.

But in relation.

The tones are played in harmonic combinations.

No dissonance.

No tension to resolve.

Just openness.

And gradual expansion.

Sound and Stone

The structure of the Tomba changes how sound behaves.

It does not simply echo.

It returns.

Slightly delayed.

Slightly altered.

As if the space holds the sound for a moment.

Then releases it again.

You don’t only hear the instruments.

You hear the place responding.

Listening

You don’t need to follow anything.

You don’t need to understand what is happening.

Let the sound move through you.

Stay with your breath.

The space does the rest.

After

When the sound fades, the place remains.

Stone. Air. Distance.

And something quieter underneath.
