1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of products, memberships, and services offered on www.arkaia-experience.com. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

Arkaia is the project/brand name under which services and products are offered.

3. Products & Services
We offer:

  • Digital products (sound bath downloads, PDF guides, memberships)

  • Physical products (herbal balms, incense, clothing)

  • Experiences (Reiki, sound baths, guided tours)

Descriptions, availability, and prices may change at any time.
 

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
If you are subject to the German “Kleinunternehmerregelung” (§19 UStG), no VAT will be charged; this will be clearly indicated on invoices.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU)
You have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving reasons.

  • Digital products: The withdrawal right expires once you have expressly agreed that the digital content will be provided immediately after purchase and you acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal.

  • Physical products: You may return unused items within 14 days. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will be made after inspection of the goods.

  • Memberships (Arkaia Friends):

    • Monthly plan: cancel anytime; no partial refunds.

    • Annual plan: full refund within 14 days if no members-only content has been accessed. After 14 days, no refunds.

  • Experiences: Refunds if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event. Less than 7 days: no refund, unless otherwise stated on the booking page.
     

6. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, audio, texts, images) is property of Sebastian Schmuck / Arkaia.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell content without prior written permission.

7. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of injury to life, body or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country also apply.
For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is our registered address in Germany.
