Refund Policy – Arkaia

1. Digital Products (Downloads & Guides)
Due to the nature of digital products (sound bath recordings, PDF guides, meditation tracks), all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds are possible.

2. Membership (Arkaia Friends)

  • Monthly plan: You may cancel at any time. Your membership remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided.

  • Annual plan: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed any members-only content. After 14 days, no refunds are issued.
     

Physical Products (Arkaia Naturals)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for sealed, unused items.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

    Apparel (for example Hoodies & T-Shirts)

  • As our apparel is handmade and produced on demand,
    returns or refunds are excluded unless the item is defective or damaged.

     

4. Experiences (Tours, Reiki, Sound Baths in Nature)

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the booking page.

  • If Arkaia must cancel an experience (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
