• Handmade apparel (hoodies, t-shirts): up to 14 business days processing before shipment, depending on fabric availability and custom requests.

• Arkaia Naturals (balms, incense): usually processed within 2–5 business days.

• Digital products (sound baths, guides, memberships, gift cards): delivered instantly via email or download link — no shipping required.
   

Shipping time

• Italy: approx. 3–5 business days

• EU countries: approx. 6–8 business days

• Worldwide: approx. 7–21 business days (customs delays may apply)

Shipping rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.
   

Customs, duties & taxes

• For all international orders outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by their country of residence.
   

Damages & delays

• Arkaia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
