This private sound bath takes place in one of Sardinia’s natural settings - by the sea, on ancient stone, or in a quiet landscape shaped by wind and time.
We begin by arriving together at the location.
There is a brief moment to settle in - no preparation needed, just a transition from movement into stillness.
The session then unfolds over approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Using crystal singing bowls and the natural acoustics of the place, sound moves through the space, reflects, and slowly builds a calm, immersive field.
There is no structure you need to follow.
You can sit or lie down, eyes open or closed - simply listening.
After the sound fades, there is time to remain in silence.
No rush to leave. Just a quiet return.
Each experience is intentionally minimal.
No performance. No expectations.
Just sound, place, and presence.
Location
Depending on conditions, the session takes place:
- by the sea
- on natural stone formations
- in quiet, open landscapes
- occasionally near ancient sites
